Charter Schools enable parents to choose the school their children attend. It makes schools accountable to parents for a good education and gives parents the rights to pull their children and associated funding from teh state and move them to another school, should they choose. Minorities are often trapped in some of the worst schools in the country, so Charter Schools stand to benefit minorities the most… As most believe education is the path to a better life, why wouldn’t everyone be promoting Charter Schools?
